ELIGIBILITY

You must be able to form a binding contract to order from us. If you're under 18, you may only use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

ACCOUNTS

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We work to describe our tees accurately, but colors can vary between screens, and garment measurements have normal production tolerances. Product photography is illustrative.

PRICING

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We correct pricing and typographic errors when we find them, including after an order is placed — if a correction affects your order, we'll contact you and you may cancel.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Your submitted order is an offer to buy. We may accept it in whole or in part, or decline it — for example if an item is out of stock, a payment can't be verified, or an order looks fraudulent or is for resale. A confirmation is not a guarantee of acceptance until the item ships.

PAYMENTS

Payments are handled by our payment provider at checkout. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you enter. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required.

SHIPPING

Processing and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping page for details, including international duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.

RETURNS

Our 30-day return policy is part of these terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The PNOLC name, logo, cloud characters, graphics, artwork, copy, and site design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially — including to print your own garments — without written permission.

PROHIBITED USE

Don't use the store to break the law, scrape or overload it, probe or bypass security, submit false or fraudulent orders, upload malicious content, or impersonate anyone.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We rely on third parties for hosting, authentication, payments, printing, and shipping. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for third-party sites we link to.

DISCLAIMERS

The store and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PNOLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold PNOLC harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the store or your breach of these terms.

GOVERNING LAW
