You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Here's how it works.
ELIGIBILITY
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags attached.
Final-sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized pieces are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Final-sale items are labeled on the product page.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Message us through the Contact form or email support@pnolc.com.
- Include your order number, the item and size, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our return instructions before shipping anything back.
Packages sent back without an approved request can't be matched to your order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your item arrived damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the shipping label. We cover return shipping on confirmed damaged or incorrect orders.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges aren't refunded, and your bank controls when the credit appears.
Exchanges are subject to availability. Return shipping for fit or change-of-mind returns is paid by you; we recommend a trackable service.
