PRIVACY POLICY
Effective August 5, 2026. This policy explains, in plain language, what information PNOLC collects when you visit our store or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
You give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and anything you type into our contact form (including an optional order number).
Automatically: basic technical information your browser sends, such as device type, browser, approximate region, and the pages you view, used to keep the site working and to spot abuse.
Account data: if you create an account, your login credentials are managed by our authentication provider, and your saved profile and address details are stored with your account.
How we use information
To process and ship orders, answer support messages, maintain your account, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the store, and — only if you opt in — send marketing updates.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what's necessary with the providers who make the store run: hosting and database infrastructure, authentication, print/fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, and — once commerce is connected — a payment processor.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or customers.
Cookies and analytics
We use browser storage for essential functions such as keeping items in your bag and keeping you signed in. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we'll disclose them here and provide any consent controls required in your region.
Payments
Once checkout is connected to a payment provider, your card details are collected and processed by that provider under their own terms and security standards. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
Retention
We keep order and support records as long as needed to fulfill orders, honor the 30-day return window, resolve disputes, and meet tax and legal obligations. Account data is kept while your account is active.
Security
Customer data is stored on managed infrastructure with access controls, and our database rules keep support submissions and account records private rather than publicly readable. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can update or delete your account details from your account area, unsubscribe from marketing email at any time, and ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
US state privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, request a copy, request correction or deletion, opt out of targeted advertising or any "sale" of personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as our store changes. The effective date at the top will always reflect the current version.
