We want everyone to be able to browse and buy from PNOLC. Here's where we are today.
Our commitment
We aim to align the PNOLC Cloud Store with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a working goal, not a certification. This is ongoing work.
Accessibility features
- Keyboard navigation with visible focus styles, plus a skip-to-content link.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative media is hidden from assistive technology.
- Readable contrast, with copy on frosted panels rather than directly on bright imagery.
- Responsive layouts that reflow for phone, tablet, and desktop, and support zoom.
- Reduced-motion support that respects your system setting.
- Labeled form fields with errors announced and tied to their field.
Known limitations
- Some product galleries use scroll- and swipe-driven interaction that is easier with a mouse or touch than with a keyboard alone.
- Decorative videos have no captions because they contain no spoken or informational content.
- We haven't completed a third-party audit, so some issues are likely undiscovered.
